Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Bespoke or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Clearly state the reason for the return, along with any photographs and documentation.
- Arrange with your preferred courier or transporter to deliver the item to the branch from which it originated.
Additional Information:
- Once the item has been received and assessed, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you agreeing or disagreeing to the return. If agreed, your refund or store credit will be received within 7 working days. Replacement products will be dispatched within 14 working days (stock dependent).
- The customer is liable for any return shipping fees.
- Lost items will be subject to investigation of the claim with the courier / transporter. A claim will be submitted by Tayla Wood CC to the logistics company for the value of the insured amount and a replacement item will be shipped to the customer within 14 days.
- Damaged items.
- Tayla Wood must be informed of any damage to items on the day of receipt.
- Photographs of all damage and a damage report must be submitted.
- Liability for damaged items will extend to offloading of the item at the exterior of clients premises only. Any damage caused during movement of items from the outside area to an inside area by either the appointed transporter or the customer will not be covered by any damages claim..
